ZT · SJ606 (ultra-low carbon)
· Description: SJ606 is a sintered flux for ultra-low carbon stainless steel with extremely submerged arc surfacing. It is gray-white round particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). DC power welding, stable arc, easy slag removal, beautiful weld formation, surfacing metal has good resistance to intergranular corrosion.
· Application: This flux is matched with 308L and 309L welding tapes for overlay welding. It can be used in petrochemical containers, high-pressure heaters of nuclear power plants, and can also be used on the inner wall of nuclear power evaporators, voltage regulators, pressure shells and other corrosion-resistant linings Surfacing.

· Precautions:
1. Bake at 300 ℃ ~ 350 ℃ for 2h before welding.
