· Description: SJ112 is a fluor-alkali type alkaline sintered flux. It has off-white round particles with a particle size of 10-60 mesh and alkalinity of 2.6. This flux can replace Lincoln 801 flux in the United States. Porosity cracks and good welding process.

· Application: It can be used for welding low-alloy steel. It can be used with Cr13 series, 224H, 225 tubular welding wire and solid welding wire for surfacing welding. It has excellent high-temperature slag removal performance. The flux is suitable for direct current reverse connection, and is widely used in the welding of continuous caster rolls, cold rolls, backup rolls, hot work rolls, etc. Surfacing layer has better comprehensive properties of high temperature oxidation resistance, wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.

· Precautions:

1. The flux must be baked at 300 ℃ -350 ℃ for 2 hours before use.

2. Before welding, rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the weldment should be removed.
